BrainCargo’s Fleet Management module brings tires, maintenance, fuel, fines and fleet compliance together in one place, with automatic alerts and monthly KPIs. Tires get a full lifecycle — lives and retreads, tread-depth inspections, per-tire CPK (cost per kilometer) and axle-position allocation with a visual map. Preventive and corrective maintenance works from per-vehicle plans, with due items calculated by mileage or time and Work Orders carrying items and repair shops. Fleet documents (registration, insurance, tachograph) get attachments, bulk import and expiry alerts. Vehicle and driver compliance runs on a configurable rule matrix, with automatic evaluations, temporary waivers and an alert center. Fueling (stations and internal tanks) tracks km/l averages and consumption anomalies with fuel-card invoice checking; fines get driver identification, appeals and deadlines; and validated odometer readings feed the monthly KPIs — availability, km/l, MTBF and preventive-maintenance adherence.

Validated odometer readings are the common thread: the same readings feed preventive-maintenance due items, the km/l average from fueling and each tire’s CPK. At month’s end, the KPIs — availability, km/l, MTBF and preventive adherence — show the fleet’s health with no manual reporting. It pairs with Tax Documents and Proof of Delivery to close the operation’s cycle.

Frequently asked questions
How does tire management work?
The lifecycle is complete: every tire has its lives and retreads recorded, tread-depth inspections, its own CPK and axle-position allocation with a visual map. Dispatch to retreading or repair and inventory with discrepancies are also part of the module.
How does the system know when preventive maintenance is due?
Each vehicle has its maintenance plans, and due items are calculated by mileage or time from validated odometer readings. When something falls due, the system alerts and the Work Order is opened with items and a repair shop.
Does compliance block the operation?
No. Compliance works with warnings: the rule matrix is configurable, vehicle and driver evaluations run automatically and non-conformities surface in the alert center. Temporary waivers cover exceptions — the operation always decides.
Does the module track internal-tank fueling?
Yes. Fueling at stations and at internal tanks enters the same control, with per-vehicle km/l averages, consumption-anomaly detection and fuel-card invoice checking.
How does fine management work?
Fines are imported into the system, with driver identification, appeal tracking and deadline control — nothing expires forgotten in a drawer.
